Eamon Tuhami is a founder, builder and investor with 25 years in technology. He built and sold Motivii, co-founded Digital-Labs, and helped grow Experian's consumer division from zero to around £100m. Through his consultancy X8IQ he helps founders and leaders accelerate intelligently, unlocking new opportunities and revenue, while supporting national governments and ecosystems to create the environments where startups scale. He is based in Cardiff.

Eamon Tuhami is a founder, builder and investor with 25 years spent launching and scaling technology businesses.

He runs X8IQ, pairing 25 years of commercial experience with hands-on AI practice to help leaders and teams work faster without giving up control of how they work. He coaches executives one to one, runs workshops for leadership teams, and takes on fractional commercial and board roles.

Since 2021 he has been a Dealmaker for the UK Government's Global Entrepreneur Programme, helping more than 30 international companies establish and grow in the UK. The work takes him regularly to Istanbul, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Nairobi and Lagos, and he speaks at events including SXSW, Slush and London Tech Week.

Eamon founded Motivii, a leadership and performance platform used by GSK, Lloyds Bank and Expedia, designing and patenting the core product before selling the business in 2020. He co-founded Digital-Labs, working with Virgin, AOL and CompareTheMarket, and was part of the founding team for Experian's Digital Advertising Services, having previously helped take its consumer division from zero to around £100m.

He chairs FinalRentals, sits on the board of The Feats, and co-leads Tribes at Foundrs. He lives in Cardiff.
