JaxJox Connect is a free app that restores wireless control to JaxJox DumbbellConnect and KettlebellConnect smart weights. After JaxJox ceased operations, their official app was removed. This app brings that functionality back.
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect my equipment?
Make sure your JaxJox dumbbells or kettlebell are powered on and within Bluetooth range. Open the app, select your equipment type, and tap to connect. The app will scan for devices named DB200 (dumbbells) or KB200 (kettlebell).
My equipment won't connect
Try these steps: 1) Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. 2) Power cycle your equipment. 3) Stay within 3 metres. 4) Close and reopen the app. 5) Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and reconnect through the app.
What weights are supported?
Dumbbells: 8, 14, 20, 26, 32, 38, 44, 50 lbs. Kettlebell: 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 lbs.
Does this app collect my data?
No. Everything is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to any server.
